10-DAY GUARANTEE POLICY
We are happy to fix lifts, chips, cracks, or broken nails within 10-days of your service.
The 10-day guarantee policy does not apply to regular nail polish. We recommend customers use one of our many more durable products.
Covered fixes and repairs do not include shape or color changes.
The customer is responsible for the choice of color. Due to natural variability in nail polish manufacturing, we cannot guarantee perfect color matches.

We endeavor to have no issues with the quality of our service but are glad to resolve quality issues.
